A very pleasant two nights stay and great value. Room was cosy and spotlessly clean. Bed / pillows comfortable and provided a good night’s sleep. Good breakfast set me up for the day. Staff very pleasant and welcoming. I would stay again.
Stayed here for work for the last two weeks, very good value and easy to get to. Car Park is free if hotel is booked direct. All staff have been very friendly and helpful. Booked for next two weeks
Room 03 is abit small but fair price. Harsh night bar staff absolutely wonderful. Helpful, professional & good sense of humor . Room 230 alot bigger. Beds very comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very nice too. Pizza in evening was super tasty, definitely recommend.
For this price point I was very satisfied with the hotel room, the bed was extremely comfortable, the staff were very helpful and friendly, and the location was perfect for our needs and easy to order an Uber to/from. The experience exceeded my expectations for this price point, and we would definitely use it again if in the area.
I had a great stay at the ibis over Christmas whe visiting family. The staff were very helpful and polite, a special mention to Levana for being very attentive to us and good mannerisms. Thank you hopefully see you again soon!
A delightful overnight stay during a long journey with its own challenges. The room was quiet, pristine and comfortable in all respects. The staff, Manisha among them, were very helpful to me as I managed complex travel and accommodation plans.
I booked a room at Ibis Budget Hotel in Birstall (Leicester) because it was affordable and had some good 5 star reviews. The cost was around $45 to $49 on average. My first contact at the reception was with Harsh and Manisha. They made my day with the most pleasant welcome I ever experienced at any hotel. Friendly, respectful, welcoming and with excellent sense of humor and open to answering any questions I had and invited me to approach them for anything and anytime. Wow I was sold. They won my heart. I found the room very clean, bed very comfortable and bathroom with shower very clean, hot water at all times. Cleaning staff were always willing to help with clean towels etc. Excellent cleaning team with a Polish Supervisor always willing to oblige. All other staff like Adam and others always Friendly and willing to help. STAFF ÀLWAYS WILLING TO BOOK A TAXI FOR ME UPON REQUEST. NO FRIL HOTEL BUT FOR THE PRICE YOU PAY: Overall, very clean, very affordable, friendly staff especially Harsh and Manisha were my favorite. 5 stars from me. Recommend this particular ibis ANYTIME.
